… were the instructions on my packet of antibiotics (I told you I was ill). Now apparently an empty stomach means two hours after food and one hour before any other food. So that’s a three hour gap, times by four means 12 hours of hungry. If we assume that I get 8 hours of sleep that’s four hours of eating window. Do you know what that means?
NO SNACKS! I am medically advised to not have any snacks! For a week! It also means that if I’m hungry I have to take a tablet and then sit and THINK about the food I could be eating for a whole hour. Now technically yes I could not eat all day then use my four hours up in one go and go to an all you can eat Chinese for those four hours but that would be ridiculous. Plus side- going for a night out in Birmingham tomorrow (not sure why but okay) and these antibiotics are okay to drink on wooo! Also no snacking will probably help the Great Christmas Flab Off (a competition set up by the Cankled Matriarch to see who can lose the most weight by Christmas).
